The shadows are mainly in the pink-toned family with two neutrals and a white highlight shade. There is a protective film cover over the eyeshadows that reads: “Live Life Vividly.” It also includes a small, double ended brush.
The case is compact and sturdy with a mirror inside. What initially drew me to the palette is its super cute pink, metallic packaging. Always a classic.īuxom describes the palette as: “A limited-edition, six-shade eye palette with primer-infused neutrals in a range of matte, shimmering, and metallic finishes.” The original Buxom Full-On Lip Cream in White Russian. The stand out product in the collection is definitely the palette which includes 6 brand new, limited edition eyeshadows. The liquid lipstick appears to be permanent. The palette, lip cream and gel lipstick are all limited edition. This item was officially released during Holiday 2016. Also, there is a Limited Edition Full-On Lip Cream in White Russian with a gemstone on top of the cap. Buxom just launched a White Russian themed collection including the previously mentioned palette ($40), a Big & Sexy Bold Gel Lipstick ($22) and a Wildly Whipped LightWeight Liquid Lipstick ($21). I knew immediately that it would find its way into my shopping basket.
I was checking out the Dolly’s Wild Ride Eyeshadow Palette, when I spotted the White Russian On the Rocks Eyeshadow Palette. This is a terrific value as the single shadows are usually $12 a piece. You can build a customizable palette with 6 Buxom single shadows for only $40 at Sephora and Ulta. My best friend loves Buxom eyeshadows, so I thought that I’d give them a shot.
